Services
Our offerings include guided retreats, coaching sessions, and live workshops tailored to personal growth and clarity. Scheduling requires full payment prior to confirmation. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 7 days before start. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are not eligible for reimbursement due to nonreimburseable venue and facilitator arrangements.
Information Products
Digital courses, e-books, and audio materials become accessible upon payment. Unopened digital materials are eligible for reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. To request a reimbursement, submit details via contact form. Once access or download has begun, materials are nonreimburseable to preserve their integrity.
Goods
Physical items such as journals, crystals, or branded merchandise. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days prior to shipment for a full reimbursement. After shipment, items may be swapped or sent back within 30 days in original condition. Customers cover any shipping labels. Upon inspection after arrival, we will process reimbursement to the payment method used.
Reimbursement Policy
All reimbursement requests require order details and reasoning. Approved requests are processed within 14 days. Credits are applied to the original payment source. Alternatively, clients may opt to transfer a service booking to a future date when available.
Modifications
Eiranya reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Revised versions will appear at eliranya.com/terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in Geneva courts.
